Holistic Psychotherapy

Through an integrative blend of somatic, attachment-based, and experiential approaches, I tailor the work to each individual to support healing through the body, heart, and mind.

Integrative Therapeutic Approach

I use a multi-modal, integrative therapeutic approach with my clients. This means we draw from different evidence-based methods—guided by your self-knowledge, my clinical training, and what we discover together throughout the therapeutic process. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which focuses mainly on discussing thoughts and feelings, this approach engages the whole person. We work with the body, emotions, and nervous system to create deep and lasting change.

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-based trauma therapy that supports a gradual return to regulation and safety. By gently tracking sensations, emotions, and nervous system cues, SE helps unwind chronic stress patterns, reduce hypervigilance, and rebuild resilience from the inside out.

AEDP (Accelerated Experiential‑Dynamic Psychotherapy) is an attachment-based, experiential therapy designed to support deep emotional processing and transformation. Grounded in relational safety, AEDP helps heal attachment trauma, expand emotional capacity, and foster secure connection and resilience.

EMDR Therapy is a trauma-focused, mind-body therapy that helps the brain reprocess painful memories, release stuck nervous system patterns, and restore a sense of calm and safety. This evidence-based approach supports healing from PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds.

Ego State Therapy/Internal Family Systems helps to identify and support the parts of you that carry stress, fear, or old protective patterns. By working gently with these parts, you can experience more clarity, emotional balance, and self-compassion.

Trauma Informed Mindfulness helps build awareness, presence, and nervous system regulation while honoring your need for safety, pacing, and choice. This approach supports anxiety reduction, emotional resilience, and mind-body connection without overwhelming the system.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy combines expanded states of awareness with trauma-informed therapeutic support to create meaningful emotional and somatic shifts. KAP can be especially effective for depression, anxiety, trauma, and patterns that have felt stuck despite traditional therapy.
